Design Space Friday Banner Overlays

I saw a simple and easy overlay on Pinterest with just open rectangles and a title. I took the challenge and recreated it adding the little car from the retired Close To My Heart Artfully Sent.

Today I am going to share how to create the base overlay with the cutout rectangles AND add a little banner fun.
